How it works

From booking to arrival in four steps

  1. Pick your departure

    Direction, date, time and pickup hub. Add a drop-off point along the route if you need one.

  2. Pay with mobile money

    See the trip fare and booking fee before you pay, then confirm on your phone with MTN MoMo or Orange Money. Your booking reference arrives straight away.

  3. Meet your car

    Once a car is assigned you get its plate, the driver’s first name and your onboard code. When the trip starts, follow the car live on the map.

  4. Give the code on arrival

    At your destination, tell the driver your 6-digit onboard code. That completes the trip, and it is how the driver gets paid.

Fares

Fixed fares. No haggling.

The fare depends only on where you board. It is set by We Go, shown before you pay, and the driver cannot change it.

Fares from Bamenda toward Bambili. A 5% booking fee is added and shown separately. The app always shows the current fare before you pay.

Only passengers hold the code that completes a trip. No code from you, no completed trip.

Report and dispute

Report a problem from any booking. Marked on board but did not travel? Dispute it and the payout is frozen while we review.

How do I book a seat?

Open the app, choose your direction, date, departure time and pickup hub, then tap Check fare. Review the fare and booking fee, and pay with mobile money to confirm.

How do I pay?

With MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. You approve the payment on your phone; we never see your PIN.

How do refunds work?

Cancel a paid booking up to 60 minutes before departure and the trip fare is refunded to the mobile money number that paid. The booking fee is not refunded. See the cancellation policy.

What is the onboard code?

A 6-digit code shown only to passengers once a car is assigned. Give it to the driver at your destination so the trip can be completed.
